There was a fantastic turnout for today's Remembrance Day ceremony in Streetsville. I haven't seen a turnout so large in years and the last time I can remember it being that large was on a weekend. So to see so many people give thanks on a weekday Remembrance Day was refreshing.
I am not going to make this a long winded post as those of you who have read my site for a while know how much gratitude I give veterans for our freedom. We live in a great country and we owe a lot to those that went to war to protect our way of life. There isn't a difference between freedom then and freedom now. It is and always will be worth protecting.
