I, Dalton McGuinty, leader of the Liberal Party of Ontario, promise, if my party is elected as the next government, that I will not raise taxes or implement new taxes without the explicit consent of Ontario voters, and not run deficits'.

I am sick of living in a country where people will sit back and accept what is handed to them. The problem is that there is nothing that I can personally do. It's just so sad.

Who am I kidding, I can't write anymore for this. I'm just so pissed off that I live in a democratic society yet some jackass figures that he can decide not to call a referendum and say 'screw you'.
